Welcome to the 5th International Conference on Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineering! We are thrilled to bring together experts from all around the world for three days of engaging discussions and informative presentations.

This year’s conference will be held from December 22nd to 24th [Updated], 2023 at the prestigious InterContinental Hotel. We are proud to announce that the conference is sponsored by IEEE IAS, the leading professional association for the advancement of technology.

Our lineup of keynote speakers includes some of the most renowned experts in their fields. We are honored to welcome Professor Alfredo Sanz, a full Professor at the University of Zaragoza since 1997 and Microchip Technology Zaragoza S.L.U. representative, to share his insights with us. Additionally, we have the privilege of hearing from Dr. Hoa Le Minh, the Chairman of IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) UK and Deputy Head of Department of Mathematics, Physics and Electrical Engineering at Northumbria University. We are also excited to welcome Professor Jonathan Bird, PSU Lead Engineer at FluxMagic, Inc, from Portland State University in the United States. Last but not least, we are pleased to have Dr. Azura Hamzah, from the Department of Electronic Systems Engineering at MJIIT, Malaysia, as a keynote speaker.
